ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

Yoga is more than a collection of poses; it's how we move in every moment. Moving draws on our breath, strength, balance, flexibility, focus, and calm - all at the same time. When our moving and breathing is uncertain, everything is a struggle. When we move and breathe well, the most difficult challenges are handled with ease.

This workshop dives into the mechanics and energy of movement.  We'll draw on Ease Asian approaches, developed around the same time as yoga was originated in Central Asia, for the same purpose: Whole Health. You'll leave understanding how to move and breathe easily, and get your body and mind working together for you!
